This crazy life...

I was reminded today that it's been a long time since I "blogged" so here I am once again. So much has been going on lately. In April we celebrated my niece Cadence's birthday, she's turning three. It was so much fun having her and Eli here for our kids to play with. Eli is 8 months older than T. T is then 10 months older than Cadence. Cadence is 8 months older than K. So a 4 year old, two 3 year olds and a 2 year old, lots and lots of fun. :0)

Excited for presents!

Also in April was drive-in night for Cubbies at AWANA at church. AWANA is something T goes to every Wednesday night where he earns patches for his vest by memorizing his verses. He has so much fun there. So on drive-in movie night, each child has to bring in a cardboard box decorated like a car. T's was a Sheriff's Office patrol car this year. The back license plate read, "ILOVEAWANA."

We'd thought he'd be so excited about his "woo-woo car" but as you can see, he was less than thrilled at first. Cliff's sister Ronda did see him at AWANA though and he was so happy sitting in his little car, eating popcorn and watching Veggie Tales on a big screen TV. He better like it, I worked hard on that thing! :0)

So our most recent news (other than all the surgery stuff going on with me) is that we found out that Cliff's mom has cancer in her uterus. They are doing more tests to find out if it has spread or not so we are very hopeful and prayerful that the cancer is limited to her uterus and a hysterectomy would elminate it all. Please keep her in your prayers as well as the entire family. Thank you!
